The Irwin waitlist is currently live and accepting submissions. This notice explains how information collected through the waitlist and our pre-launch website is gathered, processed, secured, and retained.

We believe in straightforward, transparent data practices with zero hidden tracking or commercial data sharing.

When you register for early access, we collect the details you voluntarily submit:

• Full Name: To personalize invitations and cohort communications.
• Email Address: To deliver waitlist confirmation, development milestones, and early testing invitations.
• Preferred Contact Method: Your chosen channel (Email or WhatsApp).
• WhatsApp / Phone Number: Requested only if you explicitly choose WhatsApp as your preferred communication method.
• Referral Source (Optional): Information on how you discovered Irwin.
• Intended Use Case (Optional): Insight into what analytical, research, or creative problems you wish to explore with Irwin.

Your information is used strictly for the following purposes:

• Managing the Irwin waitlist and queue position.
• Inviting eligible subscribers into early access alpha and beta testing cohorts.
• Sending development updates and release announcements via your chosen contact method.
• Understanding community interests to inform product development priorities.

We will never sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal information with third-party advertisers, data brokers, or marketing platforms.

Waitlist submissions are transmitted over encrypted TLS/HTTPS connections and stored in a secured cloud database hosted by Supabase.

Database access is protected by strict Row-Level Security (RLS) policies: public anonymous clients are restricted to inserting submissions only and have no permission to read, list, modify, or export other subscribers' records.

Waitlist participation requires your explicit affirmative opt-in via the submission checkbox. Consent is never pre-checked.

You may withdraw your consent and opt out at any time by replying to any update or emailing itsthemohamedtamer@gmail.com. Upon request, your details will be permanently erased from our database.

Under applicable privacy laws (including GDPR and CCPA/CPRA where applicable), you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate data, request full deletion of your information, or restrict its processing.
